JEFF World **visualizes existing Web 2.0 communities** within the **metaverse**, providing a **new immersive experience** for members.\
Communities bring their **existing influence and IP** into JEFF World, gaining **new experiences** while benefiting from **traffic-generated revenue**.

📌 Users can **apply for community creation** via **NPC Noah (Connect Zone Manager)**.\
📌 **JEFF Team approval** is required for community establishment.

📌 **Building Rental for Community Spaces:**

* A **building in the Connect Zone** must be **leased** for community creation.
* If applying through **NPC Noah**, the community will be assigned **a random plot**.
* If a **specific location** is preferred, users must apply through **NPC Joy (Lease Manager)**. *(TBA)*
* A **security deposit in $JEFF tokens** is required to lease a community space.

📌 Users can browse **community listings** and apply via **NPC Noah (Connect Zone Manager)**.\
📌 Alternatively, users can apply through the **NPC Lease Manager**, located in front of specific community buildings.\
📌 **Approval-based communities** require **leader approval** for new members to join.

* **Exclusive community chat** allows **private communication** among members.

* **Board game tables** around **community buildings** can be used by all users, regardless of community membership.
* **Playing board games consumes stamina**, and **winning grants points** to the player's **representative community**.
