# About Landowners

LAND NFTs are a core component of JEFFWorld, each having a unique location. They possess characteristics like real estate, where the value of each LAND is determined by its size (Grade) and location-specific features.

JEFFWorld's LAND NFTs were initially released during the 1st Land Sales in August 2022, and to date, a total of 3,500 LAND NFTs have been issued. The entire Crypt Valley is expected to have a total of 9,725 LAND NFTs issued.
