# Tax System
Tax 시스템은 Landowner가 제프월드의 성장을 같이 누릴 수 있게 만드는 가장 중요한 시스템입니다. 제프월드의 Land는 단순한 메타버스 부동산이 아니며, 제프월드의 일부를 실제 소유하고, 즐기며, 임대도 할 수 있고, 내 땅을 활성화시켜 보상을 늘려나갈 수도 있는 유일무이한 메타버스 콘텐츠입니다.
### 어디서 Tax를 수취하나요?
Tax는 제프월드 핵심 콘텐츠 중 **1) City-Grooming**과 **2) Community Zone**에서 발생하는 활동에 기반합니다. 해당 콘텐츠들을 유저가 많이 이용할 수록 Landowner들에게 돌아가는 Tax가 증가합니다.
* City-Grooming: 유저가 시티그루밍 이후 받게되는 보상(크리스탈 등) 중 5%를 Tax로 수취합니다.
* CONNECT.Zone: 커넥트존 외관 전광판을 통한 광고수익 중 5%를 Tax로 수취합니다.
*(커넥트존 Tax Pool은 Phase V2 Land DAO 도입 이후 징수됩니다.)*
### 페이즈
각 Island별 Tax 차등화는 페이즈를 나누어 진행됩니다. World DAO 시스템을 통해 각 Island에 부여되는 Rewards Pool이 달라지기 시작합니다. 또한 Land DAO 시스템을 통해 각 Island에 임대하여 들어오는 커뮤니티존을 Landowner가 직접 선별 및 결정할 수 있습니다.
* V1: 초기 Island별 Rewards Pool 분배는 Land 수에 맞게 균등하게 분배됩니다.
* V2: DAO 시스템이 도입되며 veJEFF 홀더 및 Landowner가 적극적으로 제프월드에 관여합니다.
* World DAO: Island별 $JEFF Rewards 분배 결정 → 시티그루밍을 하기 위한 유저 유입 증가
* Land DAO: 커뮤니티존 임대 결정(조건, 가/부 등) → 커뮤니티 파워 = 광고수익
### Tax 클레임
Tax 클레임은 정해진 주기별로 진행되며, Land Grade와 각 Island의 Land수에 따라 달라집니다.

* **Land Point(LP):** Grade 1 = 1P / Grade 2 = 2P / Grade 3 = 4P
* **Total Land Point(TLP):** 특정 Island에 위치한 Land NFT Point의 전체 합
* **Tax Pool(TP):** 특정 Island에 징수된 Tax($JEFF)의 전체 합
* Claimable Tax Rewards: 홀더별 LP에 따라 클레임 할 수 있는 Tax의 총 금액
* ex) Smeade 지역에 Grade 1 LAND 1개, Grade 3 Land 2개 보유 홀더
* Smeade Sum(HolderLP) = 9P, Smeade TLP = 2,050P, Smeade TP = 300,000 $JEFF(예시)
* Claimable Tax Rewards = 300,000 \* \[9P / 2,050P] = 1,317 $JEFF
### 적극적인 지역 마케팅
더 많은 Tax를 받기 위해선 내 Land가 속한 Island를 적극적으로 홍보하시면 됩니다. 해당 지역에 컴스토어를 직접 운영하거나 유치할 수도 있으며, 커뮤니티 파워가 굉장한 곳을 직접 유치해 올 수도 있습니다. 노력에 대한 보상은 모두 Tax로 돌아갈 것입니다. **Yes In My Back Yard!**
### 입점 경쟁
트래픽이 많은 Island라면 신규 커뮤니티나 브랜드가 이곳에 입점하기 위해 경쟁을 할 수도 있습니다. 커뮤니티에겐 더 많은 트래픽이 곧 수익이기 때문입니다. 특정 커뮤니티는 입점을 하기 위해 Landowner에게 뇌물을 주거나 실물 혜택을 줄 수도 있습니다. 또한, 커뮤니티 스스로 World DAO 투표권을 행사 해 Island에 분배되는 토큰 Rewards 풀을 증가시킬 수도 있습니다.
