# Owner's Lounge
Land는 제프월드를 형성하고 있는 핵심 요소 중 하나로 전체 생태계 순환의 근간이 됩니다. 2022년 8월, 첫 1차 Land NFT Minting을 시작으로 많은 Landowner들이 제프월드와 함께 하고 있습니다. Landowner에겐 그들만의 독점적인 리워드 획득 유틸리티가 있으며, Tax 시스템을 통해 제프월드의 성장 보상을 함께 누릴 수 있습니다.
### Grade / Location
Grade는 랜드의 등급을 나타내는 지표입니다. Grade 1(Bronze) → Grade 2(Silver) → Grade 3(Gold) 순으로 등급이 형성되어 있으며, 상위 등급일 수록 혜택이 비례해서 커집니다.
Grade가 같더라도 각각의 Land들은 모두 제프월드에서 고유 위치(Location)를 갖습니다. 유저가 이용하기에 따라 월드트레인 근처가 좋을 수도 있고, 커뮤니티존이나 특정 컴스토어 브랜드 주변이 돋보일 수도 있습니다. 모든 Land는 Grade와 Location에 기반한 고유 Value를 갖습니다.
### Land Supply
**’23.5월 기준** 랜드는 총 3,500개가 민팅되었으며, 1차적으론 총 9,725개가 발행 될 예정입니다. 제프월드의 총 랜드 발행 가능 수량은 41,225개이나, 이는 충분한 유저수 확보 이후 본격적인 해외 확장으로 넘어가는 단계에 추가 발행이 이루어 질 예정입니다.

### Theme
Land의 Type은 총 6개로 이루어져 있습니다. 오크우드, 스타로드, 샌드캐슬, 스노우데이지, 원더토피아, 블루크러시 각각의 아름다운 테마와 테마에 맞는 외형을 가지고 태어난 나의 집을 가지실 수 있습니다.

### Address
Land의 주소는 Island와 Block, 그리고 House Number로 지정되어 있습니다. Island는 각각의 섬을 의미하며, 섬 내부는 Block으로 구역화가 되어있습니다. 홀더의 Land는 해당 Block 내에 고유한 House Nubmer(번지수)를 가지며 이는 공식맵과 제프월드 안에서 찾아갈 수 있는 고유한 위치가 됩니다.
* Island: Smeade, Boban 등 개별 섬을 의미합니다.
* Block: 지정된 섬 내에 Block이 할당됩니다.
* House Number: 지정된 Block에 내 집의 번지수가 지정됩니다.
* Address: Island + Block + House Number
