Landowners are provided with special utilities. Exclusive content and airdrops are prepared, and as JEFFWorld expands, the rewards for Landowners will also increase.
Plant cultivation is a special content available only to Landowners. Vegetables necessary for survival in JEFFWorld can only be grown in Landowners' My Rooms. The harvested crops can be sold on the market to earn $JEFF, and elemental resources can be turned into NFTs through the Craft Shop.
Plant cultivation rewards serve as a stable source of income for Landowners.
The number of cubes that can be placed varies depending on the Land Grade.
The more cubes there are, the more crops can be cultivated at once.
Higher-level cubes allow Landowners to obtain vegetables/elements of higher grades.
Landowners can receive taxes distributed to the Island where their NFT is located. Tax is a flexible reward that varies based on user activity, and the weekly Tax received by Landowners fluctuates for each Island. As the Island where their Land is located becomes more active, Landowners receive increased Tax rewards.
Tax rewards serve as a dynamic source of income for Landowners.
The Tax rewards vary based on the activity of the Land Island held by the holder.
5% of the rewards earned by users from city strolling activities on the Island are received into the Tax Pool.
5% of the advertising revenue generated from the Connect Zone located on each Island is received into the Tax Pool.
Landowners will be the top priority for all airdrops. As the JEFFWorld ecosystem expands, Landowners can expect to receive various benefits such as $JEFF, Avatar parts NFTs, partnerβs NFTs, Whitelist, Real Products, and more.
"Diamond Landowners" who hold "Land" for a long time will be given the best weight.
After the 1st LAND Sale(NFT minting), we are temporarily offering LAND NFT staking rewards. Staking rewards are provided differentially based on the Grade, and the longer the staking period, the greater the rewards boosting benefits. The 1st and 2nd Land Staking Rewards will continue until JEFFWorld opens.
Boosting: +10% boosting per week of staking, up to a maximum of +50% for 5 weeks.
During the special "Boosting Campaign" period, stakers receive an additional +70% to +75% boosting.
